This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through playtectactics.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. This policy covers the marketing website and the Beta waitlist only. Any separate game client, launcher, or store page may have its own terms and privacy notice.
Tectonic Tactics is a game developed by Hunu Interactive LLC ("Hunu," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to the practices described here.
The only personal information we actively collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through the Beta waitlist form, along with a label noting that it came from the waitlist. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, or payment details on this Site.
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to operate the Site securely and reliably (for example, to prevent abuse and diagnose problems). We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
The Site also uses a small amount of your browser's local storage for basic experience features — for example, remembering that the intro animation has already played so it does not repeat every visit. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the waitlist and communicate with you — for example, cloud hosting and email delivery services acting on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Hunu, our users, or the public. If Hunu is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, waitlist information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Waitlist emails are stored using Google Cloud services acting as our processor. These providers maintain their own security and privacy safeguards. Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
We keep waitlist emails only as long as needed to run the Beta program and our related communications, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the email address we hold for you, or to stop contacting you. Every email we send will include a way to opt out, and you can also contact us directly using the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
This Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our Site and emails may link to third-party services such as Discord or social platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the policies of any site you visit.
